Guests are advised to make bookings at least 3 days prior to the check-in date. Proof of identification for each guest is required and must be emailed to the property 2 days before the check-in date. A pre-registration is required by the property management to ensure a smooth and worry free check in of all guests. The property's email address can be found on the booking confirmation.

Bookings made after 17:00 for check-in on the following day or same-day bookings will not be accepted.

Please note that guests can utilise the swimming pool on-site at the following charges:

Regular days - PHP 150 per person per day

Public holidays - PHP 300 per person per day

This amount will be collected in cash upon registration with the building admin. Please inform ARCS Suite @ Shell Residences in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of PHP 2000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
